New Council Focuses on Future of Hospitality Technology
A group of senior-level industry leaders and related hospitality travel associations recently gathered at the Club Managers Association of America's (CMAA) headquarters in Alexandria, Va. to form a new council focused on the future of hospitality technology. The Hospitality Technology Strategic Initiatives Council (HTSIC) - spearheaded by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) and Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) — addresses pressing industry needs as they relate to hospitality technology. Nominating Committee Announces 2009-2010 Slate of Officers and Directors
In accordance with Article X of the association's bylaws, 2009 Nominating Committee Chair Anna McFarland, CPA, CFE, CHAE, CHTP, is pleased to announce the committee’s recommended 2009-2010 slate of officers and directors. According to Article X, Section 3, of the bylaws, should the slate below remain uncontested, the HFTP Secretary will cast a single ballot at the HFTP Annual Business Meeting at the Annual Convention & Tradeshow in Las Vegas, Nev.
